The Porte Group of Companies seeks a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Coordinator to join our on-site Sales Team at SFU on Burnaby Mountain. The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager in an administrative capacity, as well as:
• Mandarin speaking required. • Organize the site to function in an efficient manner • Greet and register guests that visit the site and manage a web based database • Process, proof and maintain offers to purchase accurately and efficiently • Make sure the sales office and display suite are presentable and clean • Participate in monthly events and coordinate with the Marketing team • Operate as a team player, especially in supporting the Sales Manager • Report weekly regarding sales and traffic
You must be an administration superstar, have a background in sales, as well as be personable, social, and be able to keep calm under pressure.
Experience in a Presentation Centre or as a Realtor's assistant, preferred. Real estate license an asset but not required. You have a strong work ethic and genuine interest to learn about residential sales, development, and marketing. You are proactive, self assured, enthusiastic and organized, with keen attention to detail. You are committed to working and contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Availability: 5 days a week (11:30am to 5:30pm), including weekends, starting early to mid-October. Extra hours will be required at the launch of the project, and as needed by the Sales and Marketing Managers.
