David was born and raised in Vancouver and completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land at the University of British Columbia.
David started his career in 1991 and has gained a wide range of real estate experience since. This includes commercial leasing and sales, residential brokerage and project marketing, property management and development.
David oversees the property management and development activities of the Porte companies. Guided by the Porte Promises, he works on the strategic direction of the firm and is actively engaged in day-to-day operations.

Richard Elias received a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Queens College, City University of New York in 1975. He has worked in commercial and industrial leasing, as well as all aspects of apartment, warehouse, office building and shopping centre management. His training involves a wide knowledge and includes considerable experience in accounting, administrative and computer related skills.
Richard has been with Porte Realty for over 28 years as property manager of commercial and residential properties.

Neil Patterson holds a Diploma in Business Management and is currently working towards his Bachelor of Business in Real Estate.
Prior to joining Porte, he was a residential property manager for a Richmond based company that exclusively handled investment properties for individual owners.
As part of the Porte team, Neil works as a commercial property manager and oversees tenant improvement projects throughout the commercial portfolio.

Dan Driscoll holds a Diploma in Business and is currently working towards completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Prior to joining Porte, Dan spent five years working in the Property Management industry managing Residential & Commercial Stratas as well as investment properties.
As part of the Porte team, Dan works as a Property Manager overseeing the company’s residential portfolio.

Manish is a CGA student whose work experience ranges from bookkeeping for a small retail concern to a junior/intermediate role in the accounting department of a publicly traded biometric technology company.
