I moved into your property at 5560 Minoru Blvd in October 2010.
Even though the thought has occurred to me a few times since October, today couldn’t go by without a note to you.
March will be my 20th year in business and I have worked out of many locations - meaning I have had MANY property managers (including some of the big guys downtown). I have never as a tenant felt better looked after then I have since being here.
The hint of snow and ice in the forecast and our lot is salted.
When it does leave dumps of snow (like in November or last night), it is completely removed before I even arrive at work.
The grounds are well cared for.
Etc etc…
So I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that it is appreciated.
